Mr. Bachhan is putting smart comment in support our ever lame excuse giving Captain in his hard time. Good attitude, but is it right and worth? Mr. Bachhan does not know ABC of cricket, probably he has not touched ball or bat in his whole life time, and he is giving expert comments in relation to most controversial topic. By doing this he is inviting more controversies as he has done in past by trying to enter politics or supporting Mulayam and Anil Ambani without even primary knowledge of Indian corrupted politics, or trying to venture as farmer by buying farmland in his name or any forged name in Maharashtra. I think he should better concentrate in his acting ability rather than doing some other misadventures like past. It seems that he is not learning from his past experiences. Now he is blaming media for inflating the issues related to the performance, devotion of our star players in club cricket or late night IPL parties. These iconic people like the media to be at their side always. They like and praise media when media worship them. But they at the next moment blame the media when media criticizes or does not support them. Mr. Bachhan should know the rule of nature that nobody worships anybody at their time of failure. Media is not different from this. Even Mr. Bachhan was a die hard supporter of Rajib Gandhi when Mr. Gandhi brought Mr. Bachhan in politics. But when Mr. Bachhan could not sustain in corrupted Indian politics he became a hard core criticizer and foe of Congress party. He can do this behavior, but our media cannot. What a pity Mr. Bachhan. One thing Mr. Bachhan should know that we are not blindly behind Dhoni because of his failure. Win and loss is there in any game. But as a Captain of the team he should accept the moral responsibility and tell that they have not performed well and they need to look into the matter which caused this failure. But in stead he constantly blamed others and the teams late night parties. Excepting Pakistan player from all other countries played in IPL and did late night parties, but they have not given such lame excuses. Montu Bagdi is a buddying 30 year old married man, father of two from Kamarpara, a poor village in Birbhum district of West Bengal. He used to work as daily labour in earth excavation projects for two square meals a day. Two years ago, on a fateful day, a mound of sand, mud and stones fell on him and buried his legs from waist downwards. He was operated in a government hospital and lost all sensation in his legs and was later confined to a wheel chair. Recently as we were conducting a free medical camp in the village, we went to his house and found him completely bed-ridden, with bed sores and high temperature. Without any facility for investigations, he was advised a chest-down lying posture, some ointments for dressing and some vitamins. But, his condition kept worsening and he started having hiccups for more than 24 hours. He was rushed to local doctors at Bolpur, who gave him some purgatives and sent him back. He started having respiratory problems and the hiccups continued. At this stage we arranged to admit him at Sharanya Hospital at Burdwan. Today we spoke to the doctors, 'we have not seen such a complex medical condition for a long time', they said. After investigations, they informed us that the infection is from his earlier surgery, the bed sores have deeply tunneled upto his spine, he is suffering from Jaundice, his hiccups are attributed to infections in his kidney. He is in the ICU at the moment, if this young man needs to survive, after a some more days of critical care, he needs tertiary care for a prolonged period in some hospital. I am appealing on a personal capacity to all my friends to come forward and donate whatever possible for this cause.
Dr. Saha Sikdar, the owner of Sharanya Hospital briefed us as follows: Montu is suffering for prolonged Septicemia and his bed sore wounds have tunneled very d...eep. His condition is still very serious, but, he is responding to treatment. His billirubin Count is improving - indicates that Jaundice is reducing Hiccups have subsided and renal condition is stabilizing Till yesterday, he was violently restless because of extreme discomfort in his wounds and his hand and feet had to be tied, today he is much calmer. The doctor suggested that the patients vitals should be monitored and he should be in critical care for a week. He expects Montu will stabilize by that time and then he can be shifted to any other tertiary care unit for his wound dressing and nursing care.
Dr. Saha Sikdar is a friend and he has promised to do keep the medical expenses to bare minimum. The chances of Montu's coming out of this crisis is not huge, but, there is a possibility that he can recover after a few months of treatment. An appeal to save a life
Montu Bagdi is a buddying 30 year old married man, father of two from Kamarpara, a poor village in Birbhum district of West Bengal. He used to work as daily labour in earth excavation projects for two square meals a day. Two years ago, on a fateful day, a mound of sand, mud and stones fell on him and buried his legs from waist downwards. He was operated in a government hospital and lost all sensation in his legs and was later confined to a wheel chair. Recently as we were conducting a free medical camp in the village, we went to his house and found him completely bed-ridden, with bed sores and high temperature. Without any facility for investigations, he was advised a chest-down lying posture, some ointments for dressing and some vitamins. But, his condition kept worsening and he started having hiccups for more than 24 hours. He was rushed to local doctors at Bolpur, who gave him some purgatives and sent him back. He started having respiratory problems and the hiccups continued. At this stage we arranged to admit him at Sharanya Hospital at Burdwan. Today we spoke to the doctors, 'we have not seen such a complex medical condition for a long time', they said. After investigations, they informed us that the infection is from his earlier surgery, the bed sores have deeply tunneled upto his spine, he is suffering from Jaundice, his hiccups are attributed to infections in his kidney. He is in the ICU at the moment, if this young man needs to survive, after a some more days of critical care, he needs tertiary care for a prolonged period in some hospital. I am appealing on a personal capacity to all my friends to come forward and donate whatever possible for this cause.
Dr. Saha Sikdar, the owner of Sharanya Hospital briefed us as follows:
Montu is suffering for prolonged Septicemia and his bed sore wounds have tunneled very d...eep. His condition is still very serious, but, he is responding to treatment.
His billirubin Count is improving - indicates that Jaundice is reducing
Hiccups have subsided and renal condition is stabilizing
Till yesterday, he was violently restless because of extreme discomfort in his wounds and his hand and feet had to be tied, today he is much calmer.
The doctor suggested that the patients vitals should be monitored and he should be in critical care for a week. He expects Montu will stabilize by that time
and then he can be shifted to any other tertiary care unit for his wound dressing and nursing care.
Dr. Saha Sikdar is a friend and he has promised to do keep the medical expenses to bare minimum.
The chances of Montu's coming out of this crisis is not huge, but, there is a possibility that he can recover after a few months of treatment.
We are overwhelmed by the reponse of so many well-wishers, we will individually write to you or call you and give you all the details of the bank accounts to which funds can be donated. We are extremely grateful to our doctor friends, who are with us and are advising us on the whole issue.
